Retrieve the BE-code via the display

Hold buttons "1" and "6" simultaneously while turning on the radio (ignition on). On some Audio 10 Alpine models the BE-code will appear on the display (e.g. BE3818). If this does not work, you will need to remove the radio.

Remove the radio and read the serial number

Remove the centre panel around the radio (some models require Torx screws). The serial number is on the label on the rear or side of the Audio 10 Alpine radio. You need the last 4 hexadecimal characters (e.g. A7B9). Note: do not confuse the letter O with the digit 0.

Enter the code

Enter the 4 hexadecimal characters (0–9, A–F) below. Only Mercedes-Benz Audio 10 Alpine radios are supported. Do you have a COMAND or Audio 20 system? Please contact us via the contact form.
