1. Definitions

• Service provider: {siteName}, provider of the radio code retrieval service
• Customer: any natural or legal person using the service
• Service: the calculation and delivery of a radio code based on a PRE code provided by the customer
• PRE code: the unique identification code on the radio unit used to calculate the radio code

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via MyRenaultRadioCode.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

3. The service

MyRenaultRadioCode.com calculates the corresponding radio code based on the PRE code entered by the customer. The service is intended solely for unlocking original Renault and Dacia radios where the rightful owner or user has lost the code. Use for other purposes is not permitted.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, the radio code is automatically calculated and sent to the email address provided. The average delivery time is 60 seconds. In exceptional cases delivery may take longer. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by an incorrectly entered email address or technical problems with the customer's internet connection.

5. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is made immediately upon ordering via the available payment methods. The service provider reserves the right to change prices; the price applicable at the time of ordering is binding.

6. Guarantee and refund

If the code delivered is demonstrably incorrect and the customer has entered the correct PRE code, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the code via the contact form, stating the order number, the PRE code used and a description of the problem.

No right to a refund exists if:

• The customer has entered an incorrect PRE code
• The radio is defective or the lock has another cause
• The radio unit is not supported by the PRE code system (e.g. Blaupunkt brands, R-Link 2)
• The customer has reached the maximum number of incorrect attempts on the device itself

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

For digital services delivered immediately with the consumer's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed. By ordering and requesting immediate delivery, the customer agrees to the start of performance and confirms that the right of withdrawal lapses thereafter.

8. Liability

The service provider is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the radio code received, technical defects to the vehicle or radio, or consequential damage of any kind. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on MyRenaultRadioCode.com, including texts, images and code, is the property of the service provider and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Consumers may also use the ODR platform of the European Commission.

11. Changes

The service provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Amended terms apply to new orders after the date of the change.
